Upon arrival, I was impressed with the top-notch security measures and the trendy, clean apartment showcasing spectacular views of the city. The location was unbeatable—just a five-minute stroll to Rupp Arena! With a myriad of restaurants and bars nearby, it truly was the ideal spot for our stay.

Perfect spot for family with kids

Great location downtown with a farmers market nearby. The kitchen was stocked, which helped save money on meals I prepared. We even had a fun time walking to nearby activities, felt like a real adventure. My kids loved it.

Wasn't cheap but, it was very acceptable.

The Superior Apartment offered a fantastic downtown location, perfect for exploring a variety of nearby restaurants and bars. Bright and well-decorated, it had a comfy bed and a sleeper couch. The presence of a full kitchen with excellent appliances made it ideal for longer stays, though some minor maintenance issues hindered its potential. A lovely touch was the welcome beer, which provided a nice start to the visit.
